I’m Dondi Schwartz, a certified Executive and Career Coach and the Principal of Dondi Partners. Before coaching, I spent twenty-five years as a corporate leader and business founder. That background shapes how I show up for every client: as a genuine partner, invested, honest, and relentlessly focused on sparking meaningful change.
I work with two kinds of clients. Leaders stepping into the next level of their careers, sharpening the strategy, executive communication, and team leadership that will get them there. And professionals at a career transition, getting clear on what fuels them, building a compelling story, and moving into opportunities that fit.
